Why did my butter come melted?Butter naturally melts due to climate and sometimes in transit. If your butter comes melted, simply place in cool, dry area or refirgerate.

I have a nut or soy allergy. Can I use your products?We try to keep our products as hypoallergenic as possible, so we do use Almond Oil in our products. We do use Coconut Oil and Shea Butter in many products, but these may irritate those with nut allergies. Our Vitamin E is sourced from soybeans, so those with severe soy allergies should avoid any of our products that contain Vitamin E. It's best to talk to your doctor before trying our products if you have a severe nut or soy allergy.
